Online chat for a site with skype support?

Guys, tell me, is there such a miracle?
i.e. you need an online chat for the site, but for the manager to receive messages directly to Skype. Without installing additional ON.
Preferably a freebie :)

If you want half of your leads to go unanswered, then Skype is a great option.
