Which equipment for Skype (Zoom) rooms is better to choose?

Hello colleagues.

I was given the task of equipping a small room of 2*3 meters with a web video conferencing system.
Approximately in the same way as interviews are held in large companies: Google, Microsoft, etc. You enter a small room: there is a TV with a video camera in front of you, Skype is turned on and the interview begins.

In principle, I found 2 solutions: these are Microsoft certified solutions and bicycles (collective farms).

1. Microsoft certified solutions. On the site, this is referred to as Microsoft Teams Rooms requirements .
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/ro...
Long. Expensive. Qualitatively.
We do not like this solution because of the budget.

2. Independently fence collective farms and bicycles. For example, I picked up this solution:

* TV box X96 Max 4 / 64GB. The price is about 5000 RUR.
* Webcam Logitech C920 HD PRO WEBCAM , or C922 . The price is about 10000 RUR.
* TV with HDMI port.

You hook this whole garden to the TV. You bring the Internet through the RG-45 wire. You rejoice in life.
There is of course a risk that it will not take off.

And what other iron solutions are there? Yes, so that it is not expensive?
Skype is of course a priority, but we don’t get hung up on it, for example, you can advise an example for the same ZOOM.

It all depends on the number of people who will connect at the same time.
Try from free https://jitsi.org/projects/ (there was even a tiny article on Habré recently)

Logitech MeetUP was put into the TOP management negotiation - it works super, but it's expensive.
For mere mortals, they put
HP8300 + Samsung 55 "+ logitech C270 + Snom C520. They
also took it for a test as a microphone, I liked this piece of iron - a decent microphone and sound, I liked it more than SNOM. It didn’t suit us, because the rooms are large (4x6 ), almost without furniture and as a result of ECHO. Also, snom closes the issue with the phone in the room.
