How to log into Skype when registering it on the same e-mail as Microsoft-ID?

I have been using Skype for a long time. I recently bought a laptop with win7 which, such a bastard, asked me to register an account. I have an address on gmail.com, which I gladly provided. At the same time, the same address was indicated for Skype. As far as I remember, I indicated different passwords at once. The next time I tried to go to Skype, I was not allowed. Everything. I can't access Skype anymore. Now I can request the password change procedure, but no matter how I do it, only the Microsoft-ID password changes. Accordingly, I can’t link my Skype account to my Microsoft account, and I can’t create a new Skype account because when I try to do this, the system tells me that a Skype account has already been registered for this email. And I've been using email for 10 years and I'm not going to change it. Maybe someone knows what to do?
By the way, I can’t send a bug report either, because for this you need to log in under the same Skype ID. Is this a bug, or am I just missing something?
