Skype account does not see group chats, what could be the problem?

There was a Skype account like [email protected] and I decided to transfer part of the group chats to a new account. I went to register on the MS website, I got an account of the form live: .cid.b790823jdxsf09u82lfjkde
I log in through a phone number. Logs in fine. I added myself on both accounts, went to the old account, added myself to 10 chats. In the list I see
I go to a new account, and there are only 4 chats, the rest are not at all, the message is not visible. Reloading doesn't help. I sent myself a link to the entrance, when you click from a new account it freezes.
It repeats on both desktop and mobile and web versions
. What could be the problem? How to do it right?
