How to make Skype on Windows 10 run in the background?

Good afternoon, we have Windows 10 1909 and built-in Skype. If you run it and minimize the window - without closing it - then everything is in order, if the window is closed - it does not minimize to the tray like Skype for the desktop, but closes, so messages do not come. Is there any way to make it run in the background like a normal Skype?

Go to Windows Settings > Privacy > Background Apps > turn on allow Skype to run in the Background.
