Skype is flooded with offers from sexually horny people. How to stop it?

For some time (about a few months) the number of requests to contact me has increased dramatically, and almost always some kind of sexual enticement is added to the standard text of the request. Interrogator nicknames - usually a non-repeating, insignificant set of letters and numbers. Naturally, I send this to ignore and block, but the blocked list has grown so much that it begins to inspire fear. Yes, and tired of just blocking, it is necessary to stop completely.
I looked at what they answer to this problem at the link "Ask a question to the Skype community", but there they basically state the problem, and do not bother with constructive proposals (of course, volunteers ...). So far, I have not come up with anything better than barring calls from those not included in my contact list, but I do not like this solution, because it limits my options. Maybe there is someone here who knows the best solution?
