Good day to all.
Tell me, there is a configured Squid3 + SquidGuard, everything worked fine before updating Skype to version 8. Files stopped downloading after update. Bypassing the proxy you start up - everything works fine. It connects through a proxy, you can communicate by text (I did not check the calls, because we do not use it). Maybe someone also encountered or tell me where to look.

Well, it is obvious that Squid cuts some port on which Skype files are transferred. Find out and open it.
