Skype stopped downloading contacts and sending messages, closed it through the context menu - the process remained hanging, I can’t re-enter the account because "I can't open Skype. You are already in Skype ..." , and when I try to "finish off" through the command line ( on behalf of the administrator) I get the following:

taskkill /PID 1112 /F
Ошибка: Не удается завершить процесс с идентификатором 1112.
Причина: Отказано в доступе.
