What is a Windows Phone work account?

How and what should be done to distribute Microsoft accounts for WP 8 to your employees, which they call work accounts? (needed to enable some policies and is interested in the item: "Companies can create their own Windows Phone applications for employees, which can only be obtained by adding a work account to the phone. We use Office 365, I did not find anything like that

MDM is required for application delivery and device management.
The easiest way is to use Windows Intune or System Center Configuration Manager.

On a Windows Phone 8 phone, go to Settings -> Company Applications -> And there you will be prompted to add an organization account
