Should I use PATA disks for a server?

I dug up two Seagate Barracudas for 160 and 250gb, live.
The only downside is that they are IDE. Is it reasonable to use them in a homeless server with a Core 2 Duo E7300 with 2GB DDRII for a web server with 1-2 visits per month to download a couple of .raw photos?
Well, will any minecraft server spin on this?

Should be enough, but it will already depend on the software.
