Hard disk partition not showing up?

6055ae9c8cbc0223171883.jpeg
The problem is. that Windows does not see hard disk partition 1, and all 2 hard disks have excellent smart indicators and they are detected in the system, disk 1 is divided into two logical partitions (E: and F:), and partition E: is detected, but partition F is not: it is nowhere to be seen even in the disk management snap-in, what could be the problem? The most interesting thing is that there are video surveillance programs on this PC and this section is being recorded, that is, it seems to be working, but it is not visible. I did a second check of the disk, it used to help and the partition was determined, but now it doesn’t ...

Everything is displayed beautifully.
You can clearly see in the screenshot
First disk - size 465GB - one partition per 465GB
Second disk - size 1863GB - one partition per 1863GB
What's the problem then?
