Should I open an IP while working at Upwork or remain a physicist?

Good evening,
I decided to get serious about freelancing on the Upwork site . After some research on the pros and cons of the available withdrawal methods, I settled on the release of the Payoneer card.
Should I create an IP (pay 6% of the amount) or should I remain an individual freelancer (I submit a declaration for 13% annually, without bothering to open / maintain an IP)?
As I understand it, there are tax holidays for individual entrepreneurs now, so 2 years of less headache is also on hand.
Has anyone faced a similar issue and what did you decide for yourself and why?

Tax holidays for IT IP are not valid in all regions. If you take it seriously and withdraw serious amounts, you can attract the attention of the relevant authorities, especially since illegal business is punishable in our country. With individual entrepreneurs, there are not many headaches, paying taxes is not a headache, now everything is automated by services such as Elba and My Business.

If your income per month is less than 10k dollars, I recommend not to fool around.

+ The fact that you can take a loan, for example, since the income is legal. Otherwise, when buying, for example, a boomer for 3kk, they may be interested in where the unemployed has so much money
+ With normal earnings (if we take the median for our industry), it is cheaper to be an individual entrepreneur than to pay a payoneer commission
- Bureaucracy and quests with currency control and tax, but worth it figure it out once and everything will go like clockwork

Colleagues! The nuts will be slowly tightened - this is obvious. The only legal way to work for upwork is to work as an individual entrepreneur.
I will explain why.
let's just say, from the point of view of Russian legislation, freelancing is entrepreneurship.
This is indicated by Article 2 (1) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Civil legislation regulates relations between persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities, or with their participation, based on the fact that entrepreneurial activity is an independent activity carried out at one's own risk, aimed at systematically obtaining profit from the use of property, the sale of goods, the performance of work or the provision of services by persons, registered in this capacity in the manner prescribed by law.
In accordance with paragraph 3 of Art. 120 of the Tax Code, the term "systematic" means two or more times during a calendar year.
Based on our legislation, if you do one upwork service per year, then everything is OK :)

You cannot legally file a 13% declaration and remain an individual in the situation described above: only an individual entrepreneur (LLC), if you want not to be in the shadows.
