How to freelance with all your baggage of knowledge?

Tired of getting up every time to get ready for work early in the morning, I don’t get enough sleep. I've been thinking about freelancing for a long time. There is knowledge in the back-end and front-end, but what CMSs are in demand right now? heard WordPress is the most popular, and is it true that employers in the CIS look at the portfolio?.

The demand is not for CMS, but for quality services. 90% of customers do not care how everything is done, just to achieve the goal.
Don't think like "I don't want to get up for work", it won't do you any good. Think about the pleasant, about what you want to achieve, plan your day.
Here is a helpful video.
It's not about freelancing or the job you work for, it's about your mood and expectations from life.
Even working from 9 to 9 can bring joy if you understand why you are doing it and where you are going.
Employers look at you, at your speech, you convince them and sell yourself, your time and your skills. The portfolio is not that important. Much more important is the image that you create by communicating with the customer and the employer.
If communicating with you they understand that you are an expert, they will give you any project. Those who order have a goal and choose to perform those who have goals similar to their own.
So think carefully about what you really want. Then the right people will come your way. Proper communication will give new habits and bring new projects. Understand yourself.
Good luck and success.

Forget about this idea, or at least about working on the CIS exchanges. For the sake of interest, open the project and see what prices are offered for the work.
