How to migrate a site to netcat?

Good afternoon! Transferred the site according to tradition - base dams and file archives. The connection file with the tables has been corrected .... the result - the admin panel works, and the site "just created" writes. Does anyone know what I've missed?

The error was in the missing transfer files, did not notice the unpacking error. Thanks everyone for the help! It can also help someone in the future: do not forget to set the rights to files, folders and look for the presence of htaccess.

"just created" is a standard index file at the root of the site folder created by the popular control panel. The standard index.php was lost during the transfer, or .htaccess, which could not get into the archive
