Where can I get a paypal number for tax purposes?

Hello.
I work as an IP. Opened a business account with paypal. I expect payments from clients in dollars.
Paypal says the account number is an email.
I went to register an account with the Tax Office, but they say that they have not heard anything about paypal, and 'email' cannot be a number.
Where can I get my paypal number to suit the Tax?
PS
Paypal only withdraws funds in rubles to a ruble bank account. Money transfer comes from Paypal.ru

So withdraw to the account and report on this account ... Otherwise, Gref talks about the blockchain, and banks have not even heard of PayPal yet ...

The tax office asks for a current account, it must be opened in a bank.
Yes, but this is the number of the "Paypal account", and you need a "settlement account", also known as "rs", opened at the bank. Come to the bank, say I need an account for an individual entrepreneur, 5 minutes of work. I opened it on https://tochka.com
You would have brought in the tax bill of the match "Barcelona" - "PSG")))). No offense. And what? Same score, same numbers.

The base is yes, the receipt in paypal (otherwise you will spend it and say that it didn’t exist), and the tax account is a regular bank account

In theory, Paypal should have notified the tax office itself when registering a corporate account.
What document do you need this number for? Maybe they use the EGRIP to identify this account (but this is just a guess).
