Should I make service pages on subdomains?

FOREWORD
Let's say there is a certain corporate site xxxxxx.com, which has the usual structure:

  • home
  • services
  • blog
  • about company
  • contacts

On the page of services there are only names and cost of services.
It is logical that for each service you need to make a landing page (description, benefits, prices, lead magnet, reviews, feedback form).
QUESTION
How will search engines (Google, Yandex) react if these landing pages are made not as site pages, but as separate landing pages on subdomains. That is, not like this: "xxxxx.com/service1 " , but like this " service1.xxxxx.com "?
Traffic to landing pages will be directed both from the main site and through advertising.
PS. If you have a question: "Why is it necessary at all?". The reason is simple - in addition to the corporate site, there is already a landing page template, it is already stretched on CMF and has a more juicy design than the corporate site itself. That is, it's easier for me to create subdomains for each service and deploy ready-made landing pages there than to do it from the internal site of the main site.

Yes, almost nothing, by and large they don't care anymore.
