Should I be afraid of drawing up a contract when applying for a job?

I am a student, I have not had any serious work experience yet. A couple of days ago I had my first interview for the position of python junior developer. Today they called back and offered to start work tomorrow. They said to have a passport, TIN and that we would draw up a contract. Somehow I became anxious about what kind of contract this was, and since I have no experience in these matters, I decided to ask this question. Somehow I am afraid of this contract so that they don’t throw it and then there will be no problems. Who drafted the contract when applying for a job? Did it bring you problems in the future? I couldn't find any reviews for the office.

Everyone is required by law to sign a contract.
In order not to be thrown, try to go to elementary school and learn to read the documents that you sign.

(if you are in Russia)
First, find out from them whether this is an employment contract or not.
Then come here. Without this, the conversation is meaningless.
