Is there a future for C# .NET?
Good morning, an interesting question, I work as a freelancer on WEB (PHP CSS HTML JS WORDPRESS JOOMLA), I tried to get a job in normal PHP companies as a programmer, but they usually offer a salary of around $ 500, there seem to be a lot of vacancies and there are plenty to choose from, on how for me, the maximum salary level of $ 1000 is not enough, and then they narved.
I have been living in Ukraine for 25 years, I was advised to learn C # (I know the basics) there, as if there were more salaries, and I could get a job as a programmer in a bank, I would like to get advice from professionals, is it worth switching to C #? if yes, what technologies are the best to teach WEB?

1. Pay primarily for knowledge. There is no such thing among the mass modern widespread languages - where they pay a lot for one. And for the other little. You are paid little for another reason. Not related to language.
2. Guys who use PHP on Vkontakte and Facebook are earning more than what you can get in banks. Yes, there is no need to go far - I have a friend in Pykha who works somewhere for $ 3,000. Not in a bank, not on Facebook, not in Vkontakte. Does the usual sites like this. He just doesn't do simple jobs.
It's not about the programming language, it's about the person.
Eat ... So you don't know PHP well ... We open a site with vacancies, sort by PHP and "ta-da" we get offers where it says 1.5$+ in plain text, plus all sorts of Middle/Senior patches that start from the same 1.5 $+, the same is true for C#
take larger projects and the salary will rise on the same stack to 2k bucks
There is no difference, choose the language that you like.
Your friend does not cut sites through the constructor and ready-made plugins, but serious projects, that's the RFP.
Choose a language and learn it, forget about WP
and Joomla
If PHP, then take Yii / laravel, etc. , there are larger projects, which means more money.
There is no money in shit sites (the ones that make on WP), if there is a future, then you must be the king of freelancing
