Is it possible in SharePoint to link two files.
For example, there is file 1 with some information.
There is a file 2 with the information.
But they have common words. terms or even sections.
I change something in file 1 and I get a message or some kind of notification, maybe even in file 2 changes will be marked with a different color about edits in file 1.
Or, for example, I change the word "site", for example, in a file 1, I select it as a label, and then by this label I change these words in file 2 or even in file 3, if such a word is also present there.
Is this even possible? I would like to increase the automation of the workflow.

Well, if only programmatically with the help of OpenXML and all sorts of processing. But there is an effect on the cost of such functionality for businesses.
