Download folders and files from sharepoint

Good afternoon.
The situation is this: there is a corporate portal on Sharepoint, there is a bunch of folders / documents in one of the directories. There is a task to download all this economy on a computer. I did not find in the web interface how to download the entire folder with all the contents. Sharepoint access is client-only (i.e. I don't have access to manage it, etc.).
Has anyone faced a similar issue? Maybe there is a software type explorer for these purposes?

What version of SharePoint?
You can open the library as a network folder and see everything in File Explorer.
Through the WebDav protocol.
