Documentation system with webdav versioning?

Hey!
MS Sharepoint had the following features:

1. Online/offline document co-editing
   
2. By picking up a folder with documents via webdav or smb in Explorer (or in Finder), you can open a Word document through this network drive, Excel, make changes to it and save it as a new version
   

Exactly these two items are missing now in Alfresco. Tell me what can be done with Alfresco in this case, or advise another EDMS that performs these two points.
