Setting up a connection to a Chinese wi-fi router

actually a Wi-Fi router)

If you connect a network cable from an adsl modem, the Internet is distributed (respectively, via Wi-Fi), but if you connect an android phone to this miracle in the Internet distribution mode, there is a network on a laptop connected via Wi-Fi, access to the router itself (via IP) is also there, but there is no Internet.

The network card settings say "automatically ... IP DNS ..."

I don’t understand - do you connect the phone to the modem via USB? Or how do you connect it to the modem in the distribution mode?

I have a similar device, there you need to go to its web interface and select which of the ports it should distribute to other ports.
Maybe it will work for you too =)
