Upgrade your PC or build a new one?

Good afternoon. I have a computer that is six years old
AMD Athlon II X2 245, 2900 MHz
Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P v1
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT (512 MB)
Western Digital WD3200AAKS (320 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II)
Asus ATX-500H 500W
I plan to replace the processor, motherboard, video card and RAM
Intel Core i5-4460 OEM
ASUS H81-PLUS
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 750
Kingston HyperX FURY Black Series 4gb
Will the power supply and hard drive fit the new components? Or is it better to build a completely new PC?

@clndr

you haven't taken into account the corpus yet.
plus hdd today - very dull, but the old one will do.
The PSU is suitable if it gives the required power (in theory, 500W should be enough).
upd: both mothers are ATX format, the old case is also suitable. plus, note that the OEM processor can be supplied without a cooler (respectively, you will need to buy it).
