Sending ioctl to a partition cause for concern?

Good day.
Dano is a small server on Debian 6, two disks in a raid. A couple of days ago there was an error in the log - smartctl sending ioctl 2285 to a partition. The output of smartctl is attached below. Suspicions are caused by the second disk. More error was not repeated, but the bug leaves no doubt.
Tell me, is it already to start worrying about the second disc or is it too early?
Thanks in advance for your answers

@skurudo

This is just a random access to the partition, not the disk.
Do smartctl -A /dev/sda1 instead of /dev/sda and get a couple of these messages in the log.
Accordingly, it says nothing.

Do cat "check" >> /sys/bus/block/mdX/md/sync_action
on all mdX 's from time to time (say once a month)
This reads all disks and checks if they match.
