How long does the hdd wake up after turning on the PC?

Hello. There is a 1TB Seagate 7200 BarraCuda HDD. Currently free 230GB. The problem is this: after turning on the PC for ~ 40 seconds - 1 minute, no applications installed on the disk are available, for example, Steam opens only after the disk wakes up. For work application icons are loaded immediately on the table. This was not the case before. Is it because more than half are full?

It would not hurt to check the disk for problem sectors (there was such a disk, it fell apart a week after purchase.)
