PC package for video processing on AMD architecture?

I plan to assemble a computer on AMD architecture (they said that it is cheaper than Intel), basic requirements:
1. Maximum performance:
- video processing (and photo)
- games
2. It will also be used as a working machine (for a programmer)
3. There must be a lot of USB 3.0 ports, HDMI, preferably built-in WiFi and Bluetooth
4. If possible, keep the case as small as possible.
Advise components so that they fit each other and I can assemble a car for myself.
I don't understand iron at all!
Thank you!

Maximum performance

You need to choose one thing.

intel video processes better so that (faster vsmysle). they also have lower power consumption. so the question "cheaper" is relative.
Motherboards are all with usb3.
Wi-Fi is easier to buy with a separate whistle for usb than to look for a motherboard. bluetooth right there.

To work with real-time video, many programs use video cards with CUDA support, this allows you to do many simple effects (transitions, color correction, etc.) without preliminary rendering.
The platform is still better than Intel, a lot depends on the processor, it is best to choose i7. Well, the OS on the SSD will also give a significant performance boost. Everything else is relative, the better and more expensive the machine as a whole, the faster the video software will work. If you do not have super-complex video tasks, then a regular machine will be enough for many things.
Some choose fast software like Edius to save money on hardware. The program is smart and not very pretentious to the hardware. Sony Vegas is also doing well. For serious work, I think the choice is between Adobe Premiere Pro (Win or Mac) or Final Cut (Mac only).
When it comes to photo processing, the monitor and calibration are more important than anything else. To some extent, this also applies to video.
Good luck with your choice!
