When I bought a tuner a few years ago and studied the issue, tuners from GotView and Beholder were considered the best. Both offices are ours.

For a couple of years I have been steadily recording TV programs and digitizing video from a MiniDV camera using AverTV 707 . I do not know if it is now on sale, but you can see the analogues.
Works great, no complaints.
