Please tell me the most budget solution for capturing hd-sdi video signal to a computer.
There is one surveillance camera with hd-sdi output, I want to capture video from it to a computer and convert it to a format convenient for me using, for example, ffmpeg. I can't find a budget solution for capturing one hd-sdi channel, only adult solutions come across, ala blackmagick, etc. I'm interested in a very cheap Chinese solution.
