Are there simple programs for recording audio and video layout?
What is required:
1) record the voice
2) edit it - cut out the unnecessary, perhaps re-record something, insert it into the track, etc.
3) make a video sequence for the voice of photos, screenshots (something like a presentation in powerpoint) with some elementary effects, and a little bit of video material. It is clear that you will need to synchronize these images and videos with the recorded audio track.
Advise programs for these manipulations (so far it seems to me that these are 2 programs - audio editing, and video creation), so that they are simple, no more complicated than powerpoint, and for Windows.

For Audacity voice . Good old VirtualDub is good for gluing, overlaying the audio track and editing the final video , but it is not very suitable for any kind of transition effects. Use Sony Vegas , then you don't need VirtualDub either. If you do not get into its jungle, then it is not difficult to understand and will definitely cover all your needs.
For audio I use: Audacity
For video: Pinnacle studio, but you can beautifully upload pictures here: http://animoto.com, I liked the last one - it's simple and convenient - the photo of the presentation takes 5 minutes and looks good.
