How to emulate a two-processor server as a single-processor server and install Hackintosh on it?

To work with video, you need Macos-specific software. It is not possible to buy an expensive car, but there is access to servers on kzion. Is there any way to put a Hackintosh on a machine that has two server processors so that it sees them as one multi-core processor?
I assume that this is solved by a lightweight Linux distribution, on which virtualbox, kvm or another adequate virtual machine is installed. Is it possible to use the resources of both processors so that they appear in Hackintosh as one processor?
