Second higher education: marketing or something else?

I plan (want) to get a second higher education. The first education is art (I am studying web design, currently I work at an art school)
It seemed interesting the direction of marketing, advertising and PR, but it may not be necessary to graduate from the university, will there be enough courses?
Advise good courses or universities. The Internet is full of them, but how to choose the right one?

I don’t know where in Russia you can get a good education in the field of marketing. Probably courses on coursera can be more useful. Well, if you're certainly not going to study for the crust.
It rather depends on why you need this second education.
