I almost don’t do SEO, limiting myself, if they really ask stupidly, to buying eternal links and ordering articles from copywriters. By the way, it always helped - for a year it was quite the top of regional requests. I decided to expand and there is a good order, but I have never been involved in drawing up plans, documentation, etc.
Where can I find a structure for SEO documents and examples?

Google the seo checklist and you will be happy. This is for the work plan.
And what do you want in seo documents? Not entirely clear. If reports, then they can be done anywhere, at least for yourself just in analytics / metrics.
I have seranking.ru for these two tasks. There I make reports for clients and there is a marketing plan where you can see what needs to be done with the site next.
