Hello! I bought a domain a couple of months ago (not from my hands, from the registrar), as it turned out - someone had already used it once, because even google pr = 1. I put a site on this domain and yandex found it a month ago, but for a month now in the webmaster Yandex is such a situation .
Apparently he's under a filter? What to do in this case?

If you bought a drop domain, it may have a history.
