Please tell me if there are analogues of Celebrebro / TargetHunter, only for YouTube?
I want to identify thematic blogs of my target audience, how can this be done in TargetHunter.

I doubt that this is possible, because. In this case, you can enable retargeting in Youtube only by mail (events with a video / channel and pixels will not work here), and Google is unlikely to allow collecting mail through parsing.
2 offhand options come:
- turn retargeting to interested site visitors, then analyze the channels on which the ad was shown;
- turn on the Google audience that suits your target audience and also analyze the channels where the promotion was.
