How to put Youtube video on a pre-advertised WordPress site?

Good day to all!
There was a great desire to produce your own TV channel on YouTube. In addition to, in fact, the YouTube audience itself, it is planned to make a website on WordPress, where all the videos will be sorted into shelves and sections (girls to girls, cats to cats). A lot of content will be produced, 5-10 videos a day.
There was a question of monetization. And I really want to have one unified advertiser for all videos posted on the site. So that before watching the video inserted from YouTube, a ~5-second video about the rich sponsor of the project and his chic products was shown.
I've looked all over and haven't found a similar plugin or service yet. But I am sure that I am not the first in this matter, and therefore I turn to the collective mind for advice. Basically the questions are:
- which way to look?
- will this not violate any YouTube agreements (I do not plan to block ads of YouTube itself in the video)
- if this does not exist in nature, but it can be developed, I will gladly take part (material)
I know about other video hosting sites that give ad management, but I don’t want to lose the pleasure of having a YouTube audience, as well as double posting content on different platforms.
Thank you!

Here I saw the possibility of inserting ads into the video.

Usually, it is done simply: instead of a video, a player with advertising is inserted, which, upon completion, collapses and is replaced by a YouTube iframe. True, for this it is very desirable to autostart embedded videos, and YouTube most likely will not protect such views. But he won’t be able to ban if you disown this site;) Google doesn’t really like this practice.
In your case, in order not to risk your account, you can either use some other video hosting for videos on your site (at least on the same server where the site can be stored if the traffic is low).
Or take advantage of an advertising offer from YouTube itself, advertising is also shown in embed videos, but this is not always profitable.

I would just embed a YouTube playlist. The first video is advertising, the second is for the user. I would place commercials on my channel, only a different one. Thus, I earned from YouTube and from the sponsor. It is important that in this way the sponsor can be shown extended statistics on viewing his ads from YouTube analytics. And users would have prescribed that they say the owner of the site categorically welcomes viewing ads, but does not insist. If you do not want to watch ads, just click on the next video in the playback window)
