How to monetize a YouTube channel in Belarus?
I have an idea for a channel that will probably have a good audience. [The Russian world, maybe later, I will reorient myself to English ... Dreams ...] But before starting preparations for creating a channel and content, I’m interested in whether I can earn money on it ....
I live in Minsk, that is in Belarus, that is, not in Russia. Well, let's say I set up monetization and something from YouTube will come to me. What's next? How to cash out this money. It is not clear how to withdraw money from webmoney, and then there is YouTube. They say that checks from 100 dollars are sent from the USA, that in Russia they can be withdrawn only through some kind of rapid service and that you need to personally appear at the head office in Moscow. I get only scraps of information, but I want specifics.
1) What is the minimum withdrawal amount. If I cash out the first $10 (at the rate of the NBRB), then this will add enthusiasm.
2) What about taxes? Is it taxed and how?
3) Will I receive money for views from other countries. (The Russian world is a superset of Belarus)
4) Where can I read for what exactly they pay and how. (For views? For ad impressions? One thing is 100,000 views of a minute video, another hour. Or do they pay the same?)
And of course I want to talk with those who have already taken off or tried.

Money on YouTube is made in most cases not on monetization , but on the sale of "infoproducts" products to their subscribers. For many channels, monetization is simply disabled, as it brings a barely perceptible profit.
