Services / software for the convenience of writing texts?

I have never been into writing.
Now faced such task and it would be desirable to optimize process.
How it happens for me. I start writing in a separate text file the main theses from a new line, which I can collect and come up with for more than one day (I don’t have deadlines). Then I begin to expand these theses and compose a full text from them. So, these last 2 points are not convenient to do in a regular text file, and I thought - maybe there are special services for such tasks? Well, so that everything is in front of your eyes (for example, like boards in Trello or maybe something like a mind map) and so that it is convenient to create text from this. How do professional copywriters and journalists work?

Microsoft VanNot - convenient organization of documents, you can visually highlight, you can even draw.
You break the packs into projects, there is a different nesting. And you scribble there yourself, even from morning until evening.
Cases, lists, tags - everything is there. Still free, everything itself is synchronized, works on different devices.
I have it on PC, Macbook, Windows Phone, iPod...

So far, there is nothing better than Word. As an option Google Docs, if you work in a team.
And to have everything in front of your eyes - use 2 monitors. Or at least split the screen (in win10 and on the poppy there is such a function). Word on one screen, mindmap on the other.

Word solves 100%, there is nothing better for the work of a copywriter than this service and is unlikely to be)
