RotateX, translate3d, scale not working on g tag in svg?

Exported svgeshka from Figma.
I want to style in html using CSS. For example, light animation.
Work: opacity, translateY, translateX.
Why doesn't rotateX, translate3d, scale, translateZ work? I also set perspective.

Use svg alternatives to these properties.
A brief googling yielded the following matches:
