RIOT RTOS, why don't I get a hex file as a result of make?

Good day!
After executing the command

make BOARD=nucleo-f070rb

the code compiles successfully. At the end of compilation, the line

8156 120 2568 10844 2a5c /home/valeriy/RIOT/examples/hello-world/bin/nucleo-f070rb/hello-world.elf

.
But the required .hex firmware file is missing.
What could be the reason

BOARD is a variable and must be specified before make
BOARD=nucleo-f070rb make
