Multiplatform installer?

Is there a free multi-platform (Linux and Windows) non-Java based installer in nature? IzPack, GlassWorks are Java-based, but I don’t want to add a Java dependency for C ++ tool. InstallJammer - No longer supported. RPM/DEB are not suitable as the installation procedure must be interactive.

Of course, you can write your own beautiful installer, in QT, with blackjack, but I don’t want to reinvent the wheel.

What about the meaning? In Windows and Linux, the approach to installing software is fundamentally different: where are the installers, where are the repositories. Both the first in Linux annoys me, and the second in Windows.
So it’s better, “cross-platform” it will be just the opposite, to use the procedures adopted in each of the platforms to solve the “software installation” problem, and not impose your own.
