Distribution with kernel update without reboot?

Under CentOS, I could not find a similar package.
What would you advise if you work on CentOS or Debian?

If my memory serves me, CentOS works with rpm packages (like Fedora) and Debian works with deb packages (like Ubuntu). So take what you need and install.
