Remote employment of a Russian in the Republic of Belarus?

Good afternoon everyone, who had experience in official remote employment in the Republic of Belarus?

What documents do you need to tell the employer.
In general, for NOT remote employment, foreigners in the Republic of Belarus need: a passport, a work book (if not, they will lead), registration information (not always needed), sometimes, just in case, a military man and a diploma (I suspect purely for the company). Well, to win a competition at the labor exchange, but this is the employer's concern.
But - this is not for the Russians and not remotely. There is a chance that it is easier for Russians, for example, without a competition.

because of the Union State, you don’t need a work permit, which doesn’t work with the same Ukraine (it’s good that there is a Pioneer),
but with remote employment xs, like in Belarus, the legislation may not be adapted
