Remote control of the computer, but not to occupy the mouse and monitor?

Remote control of the computer, but not to occupy the mouse and monitor. It is necessary to manage a work computer from home, but so that the employee does not know about it. In order not to occupy his working moments. What programs are there for this? I looked all over the Internet, but there, in my opinion, is only watching the screen.

RDP with a patch and a separate user for the remote.

I remember exactly that if you install the aster application from ibik , which allows you to manage a windows (non-server version) computer for several users at once (several monitors, keyboards and mice are physically connected), then you can connect to a separate session without problems through the same vnc.
As far as I know technically, this is the most advanced method, does not break with updates (uses the standard functionality of the operating system), all OS versions are supported and applications do not bug (even heavy games run completely independently without problems, the problem is only with running the same game at the same time, if it is prohibited by its developers or anti-cheat).
ps Of course, I overdo it, every major win10 update breaks everything that is possible, but the developers fix everything quite quickly.
I remember exactly since the days of win7, Microsoft employees hated the developers of this system, or the developers trolled them, because from Microsoft's rhetoric it turned out that even two people cannot sit at one keyboard, even in turn (i.e. even using regular user accounts with switching between them - already a violation of the license), and even games for two or more people (hotsit) and even more so should be banned. I don’t remember how it all ended, as I understand it is legally impossible to fight this.

what system is it? according to the text I understand Windows.
in Windows (non-server) is prohibited. The user agreement dictates this.
I remember Windows 7 had a patch for simultaneous terminal sessions, but it was also possible to work in it in parallel with the console

Secret surveillance is a violation of the law.
And yes, they can get punched in the face.
And in a separate session - easily, for example, Viterminal.
You will then not see the screen, your mouse and keyboard will not change anything on the user's screen.
Your and his programs running - will be visually independent.
