Reinstalling Mac OS X Lion?

I want to clean my poppy before selling. I will reinstall the axis (it seems like I already understood the procedure), but what about iLife? Will it be available to a new user with a different Apple ID? Or is this package already attached to my ID and cannot be unlinked?

when you take everything off the disk, you will need to go to the AppStore again and download it in a new way.

If iLife is on the disk from the kit, then there are no problems. And if bought from the AppStore, then yes, I got attached.
