AirPrint and work internet via iPhone on macbook?

There is a Macbook Air that connects to the Internet via an iPhone X wire.
There is an HP printer with AirPrint support .
Both the phone and the printer are connected via wi-fi. Naturally, you can select only one of the devices in the wi-fi list. How to make both connected devices work at the same time. Now I have to disconnect from wi-fi and connect to the printer to print.
