Where is the PHPStorm Themes folder hiding on Mac?

Hello! I dug through a bunch of sites, but did not find a solution how to install a new theme in PHPStorm on a Mac. If I understand correctly, then the theme.icls theme should be copied to the Storm folder, but where is this folder?
Googling suggests this option: ~/Library/Preferences/PHPStorm/colors , but in Preferences there is NO anything related to jetbrains products, help!

this cannot be if you have ever launched a storm.

you are looking at /Library/Preferences , not ~/Library/Preferences .
plus earlier the directory was called (emnip) WebIdeXX , now PhpStormXXXX.X .
in finder press cmd+shift+g, paste ~/Library/Preferences (that's right, with tilde), press enter and search.
