Osx maverics does not save settings after reboot. What should I do?

Does not save anything at all (neither downloaded files, nor folder settings, nothing)
I'm shocked. 700 MB of the necessary information disappeared somewhere ... I searched through the spotlight, there are no these files.

If the site is small, then you can take a smaller framework to study: slimframework.com or phpixie.com

For a simple site, I would use silex from the creator of symfony 2.

I have not yet seen an easier and more convenient framework than this framework:

And here's what I would recommend.
As a basis - a very simple and convenient thing. Fast, functional, but nothing more.
