Is this load on the processor normal?

Hello! Such a problem. I own mac air 13 2016 in the basic kit for exactly 2 years. The last year hasn't been fun at all. Literally 30 minutes you will work and that's it: it makes noise, heats up, starts to lag. Looked into system monitoring. Tell me, is this normal? If not, how to treat?

How heavily used is icloud? It looks like it's using a lot of CPU...

Most likely the cooling system is clogged.

Clean the radiator inside, as advised above, and destroy services / programs with caches.
node is something from Adobe CC. Updater, sort of. For me, Little Snitch is extinguished, like a bunch of other Adobe services, you don’t need to update yet, otherwise they are constantly doing something
