How to watch youtube videos in google chrome?

I have a Macbook Pro 13" and I'm having a problem. When watching a video on YouTube at 1080, the processor starts to warm up mercilessly (80-90 degrees can be calm). The Google Chrome Helper process appears in the activity monitor, which loads the CPU by 70-100% (sometimes it even shows more values). Googled this question, but did not find a solution to the problem. I understand it's all so affects the flash.
