If you cut a fragment from a video on a YouTube channel, will monetization for this video be returned?

The current flooded the video, and immediately received a complaint)
The channel itself has not yet received monetization, the current practically created it.
But now the video is not monetized due to a complaint.
How can I return monetization to it, cut a fragment, through YouTube, or already delete the vidos and upload it again, or does the reupload option not work?

YouTube's video editing tool has just been updated
- Video Trimming! It is now possible to trim the copyrighted content claimed by the content ID in your video, which will automatically revoke the claim.
- Video cropping points are automatically placed in the place where there are copyright infringements. For example, you used someone's track or visual fragment in your video, the Content ID system identified the author and disabled the coin on your video. Now in a couple of seconds you can cut this fragment.

I would delete, cut and re-upload. But he himself scored on this monetization a long time ago, for tears.)
